Comodo Firewall what settings?

I'm on vista home edition, with sky broadband and netgear router.
I also use Comodo firewall and have done for over a year.
The only thing though is I'm not too sure on what settings it should be at.
Firewall security as set at Safe Mode
Defense and Security is set at Clean PC mode
Does this seem right, or should I be using it at all, given that I may have security on the router

Firewall setting is sound
Defense is upto the individual. It can effect installations (Particularly SERVICE PACKS and suchlike)
Personally ive turned defense off on mine, but even if you want to keep it on id suggest turning it off when installing anything security related:idea:0 -
Turn it to installation mode when installing something or training mode. CIS 3.9 is coming out soon. There are lots of helpfully topics on the forum https://forums.comodo.com/comodo_internet_security_cis_firewall_av_and_defense-b125.0/
Have you finally gone to CIS rik
