Just found another one! So thats 11 creditors (though some appear twice), with smallest I owe being £75.92 and largest being undetermined as yet due to house sale not completing. But do you know what, I'm no longer worrying about it - I know I don't have any free capital to pay them so there's nothing I can do. If I pushed I could pay off the £75 but thats with the Halifax who I also have a £25K joint loan in arrears!

I'm actually finding in liberating to organise myself - something I've put off for too long.

Enough of this - next rounds on me!!!:beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer:

Lite (though this is the only place that would call me lite!!)

Glad to be of help Ange, I'll be up early as well - got council work men arriving anytime between 8 and 12 to fix a window! Going to use the waiting time to good effect and make some calls to the CCCS and local courts. Also going to phone Tax Credits folks and see if they can send me a copy of my latest award as I seem to have lost it (along with my son's passport)!

This is where I feel totally useless sometimes on MSE. Because I don't know anything financial. I know that's not a bad thing but sometimes I do.

Sometimes you don`t actually know that you know it & sometimes you learn from others through reading. That makes no sense I know!!!

You know lots more than I do about CCA stuff !! I didnt even know that you could challenge CCA agreements!!

Think what else you could spend that £75 on - a weeks shop, a months gas or electricity, an emergency fund, the list is endless.

Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Offered freely, is gleaned from a lifetime of experiences, knowledge gaining. Passed on to benefit others. I may be direct, ask you questions but those are to help you. Up to you if you choose to take it. I won't judge you either way.
