No bacon roll for me - on a diet. A proper one this time. Argh!! That means no alcohol as well. Can someone check the calorie contents of the stuff behind the bar??

Erm... I went out for a run last night. Don't all laugh at once..... Started the couch to 5k thing and it wasn't all that bad. I did do it when it was very dark though as I find that people tend to get scared when they hear the thuds, the ground shakes and this wobbly thing emerges from the darkness.

Morning SSA. I hope you are feeling a bit better this morning. I get times like that, when a profound sense of sadness descends that is all pervailing. (Simply burning the toast when you are like that can be deeply upsetting, never mind trying to live your life).

I haven't had the sense of doom that I used to get for some time now though, which is good.

Happy Easter. Have a good day.

Well if you change to a low carb as opposed to low calorie diet you can have all the spirits you like - they don't have carbs.:D and if you drink enough you might forget to eat.

The cheapies taste sooooo much sweeter than the flambuoyant overpriced overwrapped ones don't they!
