Baumatic customer service - Absolutely Brilliant

Cannot praise this company enough - Brought a Baumatic Titan 2 American style fridge freezer in Sept 2008. On monday 5th April, we noticed hairline cracks to the interior of the fridge lining. They sent an engineer out on Thursday 7th April, and called 30 minutes before they arrived. Without any quibbling they have arranged for a brand new fridge freezer to be delivered and installed on Wednesday 15th.

I also highly praise Baumatic's customer service. I did post elsewhere on these boards about my positive experience after I noticed my Baumatic integrated fridge freezeer had a manufacturing fault.
I had the appliance for 10 months before I fully realised the fault & Baumatic were superb in responding to my query. An engineer came out to check appliance, then they arranged by phone with supervisor for a new appliance to be delivered.
It was delivered a week later by their own fitters who removed old applance from cabinet & fitted in the new one.
The fitter's arrived with covers for their shoes to protect customer's flooring & this really impressed me as I've never known any body else to do this.The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -

Got range cooker and matching hood which was damaged when we opened box for fitting rather a while after ordering it. Rangthem up they searched for another hood as had been discontinued in the meantime and we are expecting it any day.......
