You can use it on buses (usual rules, off peak only), but not on the tube. If you live in London, your local council pays TFL to allow you to use the tube, and you get issued with a "Freedom Pass".
To see the buses running from Waterloo to Euston, go here http://journeyplanner.tfl.gov.uk/ and untick the tube option.
However if you are going from Waterloo to Euston are you arriving by train at one and leaving by train at the other? If so and you have a through ticket (with the Maltese cross symbol) then it includes travel by tube between the two stations in the ticket price.0 -
The off peak rules don't apply in London. You can use the pass at any time provided it's a Tfl sponsored bus:

Good point. If the OP advises his journey and tickets held we can soon check this for him. However the bus may well be the most comfortable route.
If you do need to get a bus, you need the route 59 bus - this is a couple of minutes walk from Waterloo station - you need bus stop K - http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/gettingaround/maps/buses/pdf/waterloodr-2289.pdf - runs very frequent, around every 7-10 minutes or something like that.0
