If you ever spoke to providers and got misleading info or call centre service was rubbish and you thought to yourself damn  if i just had the chance to record them and take it further now you can and it cost something like 10p per call see this new service:

It only costs 10p if your call lasts one minute. 0871 550 numbers are in price band g7 and cost 10p per minute at all times.

Not saying this is a bad service, just wanted to make people aware that they could run up some large bills if kept on hold for a while by the end destination .
