Well a lot of banks do. HSBC and Halifax both do. States in their T&Cs that you are only allowed 1 student account. And it seems as though you got a HSBC and Halifax one...0

Sorry, but that's rubbish. I've been very careful when opening the accounts to make sure - there's no law saying someone can only have one student account.
I think you'll find there is - as it also has tax benefits......
One student a/c per student but then you can always have a mainstream account as well I guess.2010 - year of the troll
