Totally agree.....we cannot start adding tipping cost to our quotes, out tip charge £126 plus vat per tonne. I went on Saturday to a private tip (licenced) after dumping less than 200kgs, they charged me £38.00!!! Because I am trade, and honest, I feel ripped off. An hour later, I took my own garden wast to the local authority tip......free of charge......1.2 tonnes........:j I appreciate that we cannot continue to landfill, but where does it all end.......maybe I should retire??0

Can't you say to the client that you will do the work, but disposal of waste is left to them? I don't think too many householders would mind if they saw a saving to be made in the quote?
I've ended up putting small bits in the middle of my domestic waste each week !! naughty perhaps, but the tip won't take it as the PB bin is full !0
