Problems viewing pictures and videos on line

I use AOL and have recently started having problems in viewing pictures or videos on webpages.

For example if I go on various webpages all i see in the top right corner is an icon which is red, blue and green.

I have no idea what software I am missing on my computer that is not allowing me to see content on webpages.

I have tried viewing pages using IE 8 but no joy.

Have you had the problem since upgrading to IE8?

Try using FIREFOX instead. Let us know if its still the same (Id guess it will be fine)

If for example i go to the heartnorthants website and go on the face your fears at 40 page there should be a video to view, but all i see is a blank white square with an icon in the top left corner

Im not sure why your giving me examples Craig. I asked if youve had the problems since installing IE8. And if the problems are gone if you try through FIREFOX instead.
