i have just brought a dell XPR m1330 and i had to reinstall windows on getting it due to the old owner leaveing his details on it.
anyway.... since i reinstalled it and i put the drivers on, when it comes to putting the bluetooth driver on it say to switch on BT press fn and f2 or use the radio switch. and sticks on this.
i cannot find the radio button or switch and the fn + f2 does not work. so no driver is installed.
can anyone help?

Got an XPS M1710. With this, is a BIOS option (I assume you know how to get to this -shout if you don't). One of the options controls what FN + F2 turns on. By default on mine its only wireless, and you have to manually select both wireless and bluetooth (the reason being not everyone wants to turn on bluetooth when they turn on wireless).
Could be worth a try. When you press FN + F2 does the Wireless light go off?0 -

Sure, if nothings changed from the XPS M1710 then when you see the Dell screen and the progress bar, press F2 to enter setup.
One of the options will be Wireless Hot Key or Hot Keys (this is going from memory - away from the PC at the moment) and in there is a choice of three: Bluetooth/Wireless/Bluetooth and Wireless.
However, I would point out that if its picking up the drivers on my XPS M1710, it only does that when the Bluetooth is enabled (do you see the blue LCD or icon on your PC to show its working).0
