Video Recorder - where to buy?

Hi,
I have searched high and low but I can't seem to find "just a video recorder". Have they stopped manufacturing them now? The reason I am asking is because my grandma's old sony video player is broke and she needs a replacement but she doesn't want a DVD recorder. I have seen DVD/VCR combi so I suppose she could have one of those.
Thanks:beer:

lol.....I'm almost certain Sony don't make them anymore, unless maybe as part of a DVD/VCR combo such as this:
http://www.overstock.com/Electronics/Sony-SLV-D380P-DVD-VCR-Combo-Refurbished/2885616/product.html?cid=133635
(that's a US model though, so not much use to you)
Failing that, eBay is probably your best bet.0 -
Thanks lol
I have seen a sony one here on Amazon:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-SLV-SE740-Nicam-Video-Recorder/dp/B0001ZN7UY
BUT TYPICAL IT'S CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE - just my luck
Thanks for your help mate0 -

Short of building a time machine and going back 10 years, I don't think you're going to find a new one unfortunately.0
