There was a thread about it here about a month ago, if I can find it I'll bump it. I did sign up to it, a one off charge (not refundable) of £2 but frankly the terms and conditions were terrifying. Buyers have the option to use an escrow service which admittedly does cost them, but sellers can't refuse. The seller only gets the funds once buyers are happy, but buyers can return the item for any reason and get a full refund and then the charges revert to the seller.

Lots more terms as well that I didn't like, sellers being charged via their credit card for policy breaches, returns and everything.

I closed my account and wrote of the £2 the same day.

The fact that it seems popular, it is certainly bigger than ebid which I had always thought was the next site after ebay, was why I was so quick to pay upfront to register.

this is why i want to try cqout, as i want to list some things that ebay would class as adult material, and i dont want to tarnish my reputation on ebay, or even potentially be suspended,

thanks for the link soolin, i did try and do a search but nothing came up.
