    Hi Ladies,

I'm been popping in and out of here for a while since I got my BFP on Easter Monday but didn't want to move over proper till I'd had my scan but I need some advice. I've been bleeding since Tuesday and while I've got no pain it's very worrying. I'm going for a scan at the EPAC on Tuesday but as you can imagine it feels a long time away.

If any of you have experienced the same thing your advice would be much appreciated

    Thanks x

I had two separate and very scary episodes of bleeding before 12 weeks. The first was because of some overenthusiastic celebration of getting pregnant :o - the bleeding was from outside the uterus, because hormonal changes can make your tissues more delicate. The second was a UTI.

The best thing you can do is to stop worrying. You have a scan booked and you've done the right thing in getting one. It's just a matter of waiting it out, and you can't do anything but.

    Im 26 + 4

I've been told so many different things. Like I wont make it to 32 weeks. I will have to be delivered at some point between 28 - 32 weeks. Im supposed to be aiming to get to 34 weeks. Then a Dr said to me yesterday I could be really lucky and reach 38 weeks.

I have absolutley no idea what is going to happen to me and baby. Im so broody seeing and holding all the newborns of the girls Im meeting in the ward who then go on to deliver.

Not to mention the stress of knowing I can hemorrage and have an emergency CS at any time.

Its the boredom thats killing me, I have had so many showers sometimes 3 a day, im like a new penny :o

Oh Glam, sorry to hear that!! Im sure all will be okay, but maybe best to get checked over anyway.

Iheartfreebies - I bled with no pain - no pain can be a good sign, but make sure and keep your feet up and rest. It can really go either way, so good luck for Tuesday. It could also be implantation bleeding, which is normal.

Freebies, I bled on and off with DS2. Was just cervical bleeding so it's not always bad news. Try and stay calm and rest up.

Glam, baby is well protected in there and if you have no pain then you shoudl be fine, but like searching says, if you are worried go see a doctor.

Mrs.Moc, you get different stories from different doctors, and sometimes different stories from the same doctor (they think you don't notice). I know it's hard, but you just gotta bear with it hun. Are the showers those awesome power showers that can rip your skin off? Oh I loved them.
