Chicken chilli? Fry up some onion, chicken chunks, add a tin of kidney beans in chilli sauce (and a tin of toms if you like) serve with rice/tortillas... and if you're me, heaps of grated cheese!MFW Challenge member no. 96 - on hold!

Congrats Feelie! He's gorgeous. Glad you got a natural birth after all. Maybe you could post a full birth story when you have time?
Glam, it's too late now but I was going to suggest you cut the chicken into strips and fry with some spices while boiling some leeks in a pan of water for 4 mins, and in another pan heat up stock and cream, then put it all together, add some peas, cook some rice, and voila - creamy chicken with leeks. We had it the other night with turkey (can;t really afford chicken breasts) and it's delicious. DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j
