I use windows xp and for a few weeks i havent been able to view my thumbnails unless i click on them (the picture wasnt automatically visible) anyway Ive tried to fix it but now I get this message

The application failed to initialize (oxc0000008).

and I cant view any of my photos at all, Im not very good on computers so I really would appreciate some help, Ive tried to Google the problem but cant sort it out.

I think maybe spyware terminator may be blocking me opening them? as ive just noticed I get a blocked message when i try to open my pics?

Ive turned off spyware terminator and everything s ok, does anyone know which settings i need to change in spyware?
