P87 for 2008/2009?

Hi folks, Can anybody tell me where or when I can get a P87 form for the year just ended? I need to claim tax relief on my milage but the HMRC website is still showing the 2007-2008 form. :confused: Also does anybody know how long they take to make a repayment? Any advice would be great! Thanks Gaz

I am reminded of the scandal of the Police National Computer being used for rival casinos to find out the identity of the big rollers.
