Hi all, not been too well lately, and been Confined To Barracks, so I was very pleased today to be taken out "for a short drive" - so naturally I asked if we could go to Boots!

I didn't want to have the Peel, even though I had the voucher, but did want some more P & P Beauty Serum.

    I scanned:

    P & P Serum (£18.50)
    Line Lift (£12.50)
Powder (£10) Total cost of goods: £41

    Then I scanned:

    Line Lift coupon
    Powder coupon

and I used my over 60s 10% discount and paid £6.65 for all 3, which I thought was very good value! :j:j

My friend, the BV, has been doing the Peel/Lift/Powder glitch in London, with London prices, and has been receiving £2.38 change!!

    xx

Hi SS nice 2 have u back... :j And fab shop too!! This only shows that the Highlight voucher glitch works on everything as long as the Highlights powder is the cheapest item on the 342 offer; the £10 is then taken off from the other product as the Line lift is already free... one has 2 make sure tho that 1 of the items is skincare (£15 or more) 4 the Line Lift voucher 2 work... 'et voila' there we have a 'good' shop, lol!!! :D

I noticed 2 mini fragrance gwps on my travels.
One is a free mini fragrance gwp box, which contains 3 mini YSL,
Elle products, wyb any YSL Elle fragrance.
You will also get a lovely extra 750 points with your purchase.:)

The other is a mini white leather effect gift box with 3 mini J'adore products in it, wyb any Dior Fragrance. No points with this deal though, but a nice little freebie, if you are a Dior fan who needs to top up on your favorite fragrance. HTH. :)

We could do a charit curry making event.

BBB can I ask are you sure it's curry for charity and not home baking?

Also will it be open to all or invite only?/

Just want to make sure before I participate :D:D

    If it's home baking I'll win :p:p

Just visited some stores after work, inspired by all the brill bargains folk have been reporting here for the past day or so :T.

Derby Westfield is carp, everything is full price (NC bags, Mr mascara sets, almost every deodorant, FCUK mens minis, Sanctuary etc etc) No bargains whatsoever, and very few GWPs (I only spotted one Vichy set sitting beside the other Vichy products).

I did find a Sanex dermo protector deodorant, down to £1.03 on the SEL, and bogof. This didn't reduce any further at the tills. Got the NC bags checked, still £4.89 here (and there are loads of them on the shelves too). Also, on the carp clearance stand, found a Boots essential small compact mirror for 20p (still £1.99 full price in the other stores AFAIK).

Next was The Wyvern - much more promising. Loads of reduced SELS all over the shop, many deodorants at real bargain prices, starting at the Boots own roll-on for 18p, up to Sanex 52p, Mitchum, Adidas £1.4x etc. FCUK mens minis down to around 88p each and 342, SELs for the NC bags at (I think) £1.23, and the small floral berry toilet bag £1.25. None of the toilet bags were on the shelves, but I think its definitely worthwhile local Bootsers popping in here, as there is no separate clearance stand out at all here at the mo, but when they do put out a stand, they tend to fill it up :D.

Lastly, popped into Riverside, had a look round, and left . Complete carp, no clearance worth mentioning, no reduced SELs worth mentioning, apart from almost all their Boots Expert deodorants, reduced to around 70p up. I would have bought some, but honestly, I've now got loads of other brand deodorants, and running out of places to put them.

Couldn't find the Nivea trio lip glosses anywhere, nor any Bourjois tweezers or glass files. The lip glosses are annoying me, as I know I've seen loads of them somewhere, but I just can't for the life of me remember were :rotfl:.

Oh, Riverside did have reduced SELs on 2 of their Hedkandi body sprays (they look like Impulse to me) and the Charlie body sprays too - all under 50p. This is in the deodorant aisle.
  • sorry to ask this but has anyone seen any of the natural collection set of 3 bags for £1.2* in any of the birmingham stores in town?bullring, high strt, new street, brindley place?
    thankyou
