Hi moyilla, I bought L' Oreal Paris Colour Appeal Star Secrets Trios Eye Shadow today for £2.84 after voucher. I think sally06 originally recommended this, they're lovely! I also noticed offers on mascaras for some of the brands which were under £5 with voucher.

Thanks I bought 3 yesterday 1 of each (that's if there is 3, I had the choice of 3)

Might go for the tweezers etc

My Auntie uses Max Factor Lip Finity and I have a MF PC coupon so I might use it with the pooey and get one for Christmas.

Has anyone else found any other bargain buys?

Yay, I managed to get the magic 3 today, am very pleased, the middle-aged male SA didn't bat an eyelid at my £1.xx total (was sweating a bit as originally came to £9.xx), he'd crossed all my vouchers through too . Dunno what he re-scanned but I was much happier with the new total :D;)

Hello lovely Bootsers! :j (Don't know why I'm jumping for joy but it's the happiest smilie I can see, lol!)

Popped into Chester yesterday. Not much to get excited about, apart from these

Revlon false eyelashes (Courtesy of ebay - can't find on Boots.com) reduced to £1.50. Thought this was pretty good (have a teenage daughter!). If it helps they were hanging on a strip over by the Soap and Glory stuff at the back on the left, so nowhere near the actual eyelashes etc at all!
Still heaps of the pink previous No7 GWP but at £6.50 I left them there! Also more of those black No 7 bags @ £1.50. Loads of reading glasses but not sure how much they were.

The make up bags stand had no reduced SELs however someone had written DISC on a few of them so whether that means they're going to be DISCounted I dunno, but didn't have time to get them scanned.

While I'm here lol, am I right in thinking that these L'Oreal triple eyeshadows everyone is picking up with their £2 til spits have been reduced? Only Im sure the SEL was £6.** when I looked which would make it £4.** after the pooey/whatever we've named it.

I certainly agree with whoever it was talking about the need for a points booster glitch - I found hardly any flippin HE's and I even like the stuff! Lol.
Come on Mr B give us some reason to come in!!!

I always get worried when they cross the vouchers through before the transaction is finished, in case things don't work out as they should - you can't always get those vouchers again

Today I checked the machines and had no decent offers. I had been hoping for a highlights voucher, but no such luck, so I took a deep breath and went for the Peel and Lift, which I have been holding onto vouchers for, and some Pore Refining Serum (£11.50).

I went to the new No7 lady, who served me last week. Half expecting the dreaded beep on the Line Lift voucher, which was the first voucher I presented, I said to her that I'd heard these sometimes beep and you have to type the code in, but no need - it went through just fine, as did the Peel voucher and a '250 points on No7 skincare' voucher. It cost me £8.80 in total. She was really happy for me, telling me how much I'd saved, and said the best one she'd seen was when someone started with about £130 worth of purchases, and the cost went down to just over £40 after vouchers. I'll definitely go to her again, as she is obviously of the opinion that the vouchers are there to be used, unlike some other SAs. :j

On top of that, not only did I get a pooey, but I got a survey tillspit as well, so she's going to get a good mention

Hardly any clearance in the Maidstone, Chequers Centre branch today. There were some tubs of an Elizabeth Arden Green Tea cream and some other bottles of EA Green Tea which had a green liquid in them (sorry, have forgotten exactly what they were now).

There were some coloured eyelashes, a few perfumes in tubes that looked like refreshers packets, and some spotty Pudsey bags, but not much else.

However, I went to TJ Hughes afterwards, and picked up loads of Stila cosmetics for £3 and £4 each, and a Stila brush roll/case for £3. Apparently Stila is no longer going to be sold in the UK, so it's being sold off cheap. It's the first time I've actually seen Stila in the shops at all, and they had quite a bit of it, so I made the most of it and got myself lots of different colours :)

The L'Oreal Trios are normally £6.84, but are currently on offer for £4.84.

Here's a full list of current L'Oreal promotions, it appears you could get an eyeliner for £1.20 with voucher.

    Hiya JELLYBABY

I think DISC means discontinued. Did you notice which bags they were?

Been Bootsing for the first time in ages today and I was looking to use the Elle voucher. Have I missed the boat ladies as there were no SEL reductions on Elle in store.
I've read back a few pages and theres no mention of it today. Thanks

    Hi

Apologies if someone has already replied. I couldn't see a reply, but just wanted to say that I used the Elle voucher today and it worked. SEL reductions were still up in the store I went to, so not sure why they weren't in yours?:confused:Give it a try, though, as it did work today!! Great deal for the 2 items, which of course I didn't need, but HAD to have at that price!!!:D
