    Hi Emma!

    Fantastic shop!:T

Yes, if you had put your extra points voucher through first, you would have got extra points, then put rest of vouchers through.

Can you get the extra points even if the total price comes to well below the threashold?
I've tried before and although it hasn't beeped the points haven't been added.
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time
  • hi

i normally vist the ones in town and sometimes the one in kingsheath but not often.
went to both the ones in town today.
the clearance in bullring was rubbish. all i got was some reduced still lemonade ;) to 48p. doesnt even taste nice.

on the other hand the boots outside was really good.
there are 2 main clearance stands but they are easy to miss like i did :)
first one is next to the natural collection stuff by food .
the second one is very nears so walk a few steps and turn right. it is against a ceiling post and i only noticed it because i was queuing up for the tills.
so they had reduced makeup, foundations, nail varnish etc. all at diff prices but they were a mess. no no17.
and they had was bags and make up bags. they had sanctuary ones for £4 and the other ones were £2 and £4.50
-they had reduced pantyliners(i think), some spray and loads more. a few socks etc.
they had reduced sanex rollons to £1.25 bogof which was in deodrant section but on a diff shelf to normal roll ons. it had some mitchum spras for £1.8*
there was more stuff like some body dust fir 8*p but i didnt buy it as it wasnt something i'd use.

    all in all good shop.

    and this is to everyone.
i used the illuminating voucher and bought a lipgloss(£4.75) and something that was more than the lipgloss. 342 still worked but maybe that was because the no7sa scanned the voucher straight after she scanned the illuminating powder. she scanned the powder first out of all the items.
before you use the illuminating powder just tell the sa, "oh and i have a voucher" and then show her.

the no7 sa's in my boots are lovely. except one in the bullring.
there is this one normal sa who is so lovely. she's nice and chatty :) which makes me feel better. she is not the type of sa who rolls their eyes at you when you get really good bargains and use vouchers. she's more like , wow, i need to get myself some of them :)

good boosting session but my back hurts

    Hiya likestosavemoney.
Just wondered which Brum stores you visit as I visit quite a few and can keep each other in the know.

Yesterday I managed to pick up some more of the NC multi bags @ £2.10 I had previously paid £4.xx for them, so I was pleased to find them.

I also got another line lift voucher, which I wasn't expecting, so I have another full set of the magic 3 :j

I also bought 2 of these . The were marked £3.95 but went through at BOGOHP. I'm sure this has already been posted, but thought I would mention it just in case.

I used up all of my pooeys so now have a gaggle of tweezers, pencil sharpeners and 1 glass nail file. I also got one of the L'oreal triple eyshadow packs.

I found a couple of Naturaleve lip balms reduced to 25p each, so I just had to take them home with me.

There was so much talk of Easter eggs, especially the half price variety, that I checked out Boots and found no eggs at all.

Then I heard someone calling my name in the distance, I followed the sound and found myself in Thorntons where I bought 2 of these. big fellas my myself and OH

Well if you are going to buy a half price egg, get a big one I say ;)

I also spent a shedload of money on a dress (evening) to a wedding I am going. I just need to find one for the daytime now

Hi Asset, I think you're right cos the same thing happened to me. The points get put on but as soon as the spend goes below the limit on the coupon, the points are automatically removed by the till. So I think that glitch has been fixed :(

Oh that's a shame Clare-t. It used to work for me, that you could get the points added, even though the total went below the actual spend.

Oh well, good while it lasted.

You have some great bargain's there Polls, but those eggs are gorgeous, bet you can't wait to get stuck in :D

I got my two from Boot's on Saturday at 1/2 price, I wonder did they decide to reduce them early and that is why people are not finding it hard to get them?

Pleased you got another set of the magic 3:p, I have managed it once with no probs and dream each night that the ACM will be kind to me again:o I feel like when I go to the ACM it is like going to a fruit machine, however I am glad I am not putting any money as lately I have certainly been losing

Has anyone tried the pooey with the bourjois minis ?

I haven't spent any of mine yet, the l'oreal tios are good value but I really do not need any more eyeshadows, haven't even opened my Front cover set from christmas yet:eek:
This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.

Used SS till for first time and SA came over when i used 3rd voucher and tried to grab it off me (didnt say anything, just tried to snatch) I said im ok its just sending me back to the payment screen after every voucher rather than accepting more. She ummmed and walked off !! I heard her say something to another SA so gave them my best brilliant smile on my way out. Would have used my extra point coupon for spending over £20 + over £30 but thought that a little too much !
