Boots Grabbit Bargains Part 53 - Post your finds here

There were several SAs standing around looking right at me, but the EA lady wasn't there. But I wasn't trying to be covert, as I thought I could get the gwp with any two items like it said online. Now that I think of it though, the last time I got an EA gwp in store, the darn thing beeped even though I was getting items that would let me have it online. So EA gwps are not programmed to go through properly in-store? Or maybe just in that store? It's really annoying.
I got this gwp last week with no beeps. I bought the EA Beauty perfume (just under £10), and the bag with 3 EA 8 hour creams (£25) which is great value as the 8 hour skin protector is £22 if bought on its own. Like you skibster I took it to another till, and the only problem the sa had was finding the barcode for the gwp, which was on a plastic bag inside it. So the minimum spend that you were told seems to be the EA sa's way of boosting commission I would say, wouldn't you .

Hope everyone is OK etc. I may sound a bit dim, but other than purses and mini bags, is there anything worthwhile at Boots at the moment? I can't seem to find anything for the life of me. Dewsbury. Huddersfield. Leeds. Nothing at all. It's just the usual clutter in the clearance sections which is mainly overpriced Naturaleve and fake nails or something. Plus I only have 275 points on my card and feel naked. I'm used to my 20000 points. I must clothe myself with lots of extra points. LOL! *** IF ANYONE IS IN LEEDS CITY CENTRE THIS FRIDAY LUNCHTIME, PM ME! Thanks.0

Get yourself down the footcare aisle mimi - loads of reduced SELs, and most of its bogohp too :T.
I forgot to mention earlier - the footcare bogohp's are mix n match too ie I got one Scholl party feet bag for £1.00, and bogohp kicked in on the CCS foot cream I bought with it, so instead of 98p for that, I paid 49p.0 -
I was in Huddersfield today Mimi and there was no reduced footcare ... they were all bogohp but no reductions on that. Still all the usual rubbish in the clearance!

Hiya, where was this please? Could do with some good stuff for my feet.:o0 -
Albion Street Leeds Boots have reduced the NC bags and I got a set! yay!!!!!!!! I thought I'd missed the boat. They are £2.45 but that was not going to put me off! (They were with the NC stuff rather than in the bags section.) :T
They had a couple of those daisy v-something bags reduced to £3 - was tempted but didn't do it. They had a smaller one £2 upstairs on the clearance bit but just one of those left.
The clearance shelf has loads of 17 make-up reduced to 50p a few No 7 bits knocking around but not reduced enough for me to buy it.
There were some reduced conditioners and some head and shoulders massive bottles of shampoo. And some huge pantene full and thick bottles at £1.40 - got a couple of those for my mam.
So I had a nice shop. Also got a bourjois nail varnish with a pooey which makes it £1.37 (the so laque ones are reduced to £3.37 at the mo.) Still got a voucher left so I may get another of those before Saturday.:j0 -
I bought 2 of these old No7 gwps a while back for around £3 each and whilst the box was poor, the contents was good.
The 360 Mascara is great, much nicer than the mascara in the latest No7 gwp.:)
I agree - I have just started to use mine again and I love it. I liked the extreme length mascara until I tried this one. May buy some with my £5.00 off voucher.0 -

When I went to London Colney recently, I could only find one of the Nivea body lotions, which I grabbed very excitedly, but it scanned at £5.86
Hi veruccasalt:) what an unusal name you have:DI do most of my bootsing in central London, but Luton is my local branch. I do find a few bargains in Luton occasionally. It's just a matter of being there at the right time as things fly off the shelves in that store:rotfl:
Did you say you are a local bootser too? :j0 -
