:hello: Hi all, late again! OH away again until Friday night but then we're away on a car run (and preparing for it) so menu's a bit haphazard at the mo!

Tuesday - pasta (just me and I'm rushing out!)
Wednesday - Individual Fish pie (just me)
Thursday - pasta (as per Tuesday)
Friday - pizza & garlic bread
Saturday - either out or a slow cooked brisket roast dinner
Sunday - possibly chilli & rice as we'll be getting back late and I already have some in the freezer for a quick meal

Sounds completely crap doesn't it? Can't wait until OH is back at home during the week so I can cook properly!

I am very late this week!
Was away for a week, off the island, and have come back with some goodies!
The aim for the next few weeks is to use up some of the meat in the freezer, tins etc, and then do a couple of bigger shops next month again.
    So we have had:
Sunday 12th- chicken, mangetout and babycorn stir fry with rice.
Monday 13th- HM local steak mince, carrot and onion with mash.
    Tuesday 14th- as above.
Wednesday 15th- Turkey steaks stuffed with mushroom and cream cheese, battered potatoes and veggies.
Thursday 16th- locally produced (Westray) Fish cakes, tattie salad, coleslaw and green salad.
[STRIKE]Friday 17th- sausage, chips and beans[/STRIKE] chippy tea ;) (sausages for sat brekkie).
Saturday 18th - stuffed pasta with HM cheesy sauce and HM garlic doughballs
Sunday 19th- HM chicken curry and Lidl Naan
Will update with other days we have them! Mostly stuff from freezer/fridge/cupboards.
