Have you been able to attach files to hotmail messages before or is this a one-off problem? Should be a case of Attach > Files, then you simply select the files you want to attach and each one will upload in turn.
If it's still not working, then try GMail, it's so much simpler to use than hotmail and has better features (I think so anyway).
Post back whether this worked. If you need help with NtO appeal you can scan and upload the paperwork (remove personal details) - see the welcome sticky for help.0 -
thanks, yeah the situation has been discussed on here, so i know what i want to say.
No, i have never tried to attatch e mails before, how do i save them? when i tried, it just saved them through firefox and therefore would not open?Ok, ok, i need to go back onto Weightwatchers, lost 7 stone..... 2 back on, this has to change.....Help!!!:eek:0 -
I'm not sure how you'd attach emails to an email, given you're using hotmail as opposed to a client email service. You could go to each message you want to attach, click forward, then copy and paste (including the headers) into the email you're sending to PATAS. Repeat for each message you want to forward them.
Again with gmail this would be a bit easier as emails are kept as 'conversations' so easier to track and forward.0 -
