My daughter has had a lot of trouble with her tesco phone. It was ok at the start for her speaking to other tesco users but not very good on tesco to landlines but now its so bad she cant use it to speak to anyone at all.

She hasnt got her receipt so she doesnt gave any proof of purchase but she got it when the £15 offer was on about a month ago. Do you think they will let her swap it?

If its faulty and it is .. Take it back .. I would have thought you'd have no trouble exchanging it, even getting a Refund as you couldnt have possibly purchased it any where else .. after all it is a Tesco Phone ;)

Yes, but ONLY if the seller converts them to DEALS for you.

The vouchers themselves are worth nothing to you.

Before they stopped you using other people's actual vouchers, it used to be quite good fun enlarging the pictures people posted on eBay, as if they had failed to block out the code and the item had only recently been posted, you could simply type in their voucher code on Tesco website and get their voucher without paying for it. :D

But you can't do that now!!

Best way to get free Clubcard points is to go Wombling or buy and re-sell offers with 1000 points on them.

There's a good site with a forum for Clubcard here:

You will be AMAZED at how many points some people collect per quarter!!!

Can anyone please explain something to me - my husband and I both have seperate clubcards (tip from here) but he is an additional holder on my tesco credit card. I have ordered this weeks shopping (with 1000 point code which I used last week) on his account and paid for it with his credit card, which is linked to my club card !!!

The question is where will the points go and will it matter that I have already used this code.

I am relatively new to all this but it's fab !!!!

Does anyone know if the longleat passports you get with the tesco deals come with a name on??

Just my boyfriend and I really want to go and he was going to treat me this weekend for my birthday (21 today! :P) .. but i lost my job today unexpectedly .. (yes i know.. great present!!) so things are going to be really tight now and we cant justify £19 each for admission... BUT my dad has £14.50 in clubcard vouchers and offered me them to convert into deals so we can get in for free!!! ! :)

But i know some deals come with names printed on them and then that person has to be present when you redeem them. Does anyone know if thats the case with the longleat ones? Or could my dad convert them and then give us the passports to use??
  • Hi I don't think days out tokens have names on only holiday and MFI tokens. We used some recently for Folly Farm in S Wales and they vouchers had no names on.:)

    Hi

They dont quote names. They just say "Adult admission token". If your dad orders them, he can give them to you.
  • Tesco must be mad as they will lose millions of £'s in lost customers as the new web site does not even allow you to look in the grocery section without first registering.
