yes, the statements for points up to the end of april are being printed and sent out during may, you might have to wait until near the end of may to get your statement, but when you do it will have online codes you can use to order your alton towers tickets online and they post them out quickly.

I've just realised that 800 of my 1800 have gone from my account... I guess to be converted to vouchers, I assume the 1000 we're credited too late! Typical!!!

oh yeah.. I'll be purchasing clubcard deals for the first time so if anyone has the 500 point referral thing let me know!

we've been to drayton manor park today using deal tokens that come in £10 tokens and we spent £58.85 so it was a choice of giving them £60 in tokens, or giving them £50 in deals and paying the extra £8.85. we gave 6 tokens and got no change. so you might find you either pay them £40 in deal tokens and pay the extra £3, or give them £45 in deal tokens and don't get any change.

A lot of my points have disappeared off my balance this morning, although it still says I will receive the balance showing now in my May mailing. I guess this means the statements are on their way?

Yes, looks like everyone's points balance has gone down overnight so mailings will be on their way soon!

i don't know if this is the place, or if it's worth a new thread but i used deal tokens for theme parks yesterday (at drayton manor park) and we used a 3 for 2 voucher as well. instead of costing just over 7 of the £10 tokens for a family ticket it only cost 6 tokens (i didn't get any change though) for 2 adults and 1 child because one of the children got in free. the till assistant said it was fine to do that, and the till accepted it all. i'm wondering now if we can use offer vouchers next month when we go to pleasure island with our deal tokens.

I hope someone can help out on this one.

When you enter a code online,they normally - 1p off the order and thats how you know if the code has worked,have they stopped doing this - i just tried a flowers order,it said the code was accepted but no - 1p.??

My statement arrived this morning - never been that quick before.

The "extra points" vouchers are a poor match this time - and no double cc points voucher either - Every Little Helps? Well that's what they gave me this time!
