sorry for seeming a little slow, but can anyone explain somthing.i rang up the on-line store today, wanting to know if i can have a real card to use in the shops as to a "virtual" one which lets me collect points on-line.They agreed with a little persuasion, also asked where my points are as ive collected them for yrs and recieved nothing, the bloke said ive got a voucher on the way to me,but that i can only spend this instore. But why does it seem that i can convert them(so ive read)forgive if thats wrong.but the sp said i can spend in store only,i dont visit any stores ,i do my shopping on-line.is he spinning me a line? Also when i get the voucher what do i do with it,he says it have a life expectancy of 2 yrs,so do i save it? sorry if it seems muddled but i dont get it.

Another thing (here i go again),why is it that when you order your shopping from another well known retailer, you can have it delivered to various addresses, but tesco only let you have one.Like sometimes i get shopping for my dd and can have it on the same account but to somewhere else, ive rung them and they say there is nothing they can do,wonder why they cant do it???

Amelias mummy - when the driver delivers you will get a invoice with all the offers, bogofs etc on it which will be the right price. It's because it goes through the checkout on the day you have it delivered so they want to make sure you only get offers which are valid then.

dont worry you will only be charged the correct amount, minus the free item/s :)

it doesnt show until you receive your order,on your invoice

there are 2 1000 point codes when you spend £50 , around at the moment ! if you prefer points over saving money on your online shops

Thanks for the info my order only came to £20.09 in the end should have been over £50.:T

I still haven't received my clubcard points anybody else still waiting. How many MSE adjectives do you need to get to the top of the clubcard points list?

Am I right in thinking that tescos now give a clubcard point for every 50p spent. On the 13th of april i spent £4-95 and got 9 clubcard points including 5 green points. And underneath it said total includes 5 green points.

On the next receipt I spent £3.12 and got 6 clubcard points; includes 3 green bag reuse points and total includes 5 green clubcard points.

It seems the total includes value goes up for every day since your last visit up to total of 5 days. or is this just coincidental.

you can change the address before you checkout :)

i think he / you are getting confused with the clubcard vouchers

you can spend them in store OR convert them to 4 x the amount in deals ( holidays ,days out etc )
yes you can save them up until you have more ,and if you havcent spent them within the 2 yrs,can have them recredited to your account :)

how many vouchers are you missing ? if you havent received anything for yrs ?

have you ever used the 1000 / 500 / 750 etc codes for online shopping?

Hi - Its 1 point per pound. The green points are for bag reuse and you get different points according to what type of bag you reuse - I could get my wife to give me a list if you really want (she works on the checkouts at Tesco). If you look at the total it includes all points up to yesterday.

thankyou to reply to my post, just one thing wot are the codes

1000/500/750 for.I do the shopping, then ive checked out,but recently ive found codes so ive been using them for money off my bill. Are the codes for points??
can you use only one code per transaction???
Also,is it better to save money on the shop or save for more points??
i never know really what is best.
sometimes if i do a big shop (£250),then is it wise to add points as just taking a tenner off, looks insignificant.
To do a little shop/even though they are more frequent, would that be best doing the discount for money off the total bill.(bout £50 spend).

the ref to where my vouchers have gone is anyones guess. The sp has said that he cant find any as the computer doesnt give tranactions on my account past 1yr.Ive told him that for about 5 months last yr i was spending £200 per week on food(all the kids at home then)he says there is nothing he can do.i think i just gonna have to grit my teeth and just start again with the points, and look at ways to maximize gaining some more. That is when i go to visit the shop, and they send me a card to actually use.6 weeks he said it gonna take!.

    thankyou again for your reply.

there has been a bit of a code drought recently :(

but there are 2 1k point codes useable until July :)

well a 1000 point = £40 ( in deals) so this is better than a £10 off code

you can only use one XX code per order so cannot usually combine money off and points :(

Hi Rachie B, are these the same codes you listed above?

How many times can you use them? Can you use the same code once a week?

    Thank you!
