  • Received Wine Club vouchers in post today. There is one for 1000 extra points when you spend £50 or more on wine/champagne online.

Have received my Clubcard statement. Normally get a Deals brochure, but there wasn't one. The statement doesn't mention Deals at all.

They're not trying to phase out the scheme are they?!

Think this might be the right thread for this question!

I want to use some of my clubcard vouchers to buy a watch in Goldsmiths and I can convert these to the Goldsmiths ones.

However I also have some unused Deals Vouchers for LA Fitness (about £100 worth). Can I use these at Goldsmiths too? It appears from the Tesco Deals website that for most deals vouchers they can not be used at Goldsmiths, Avis, Marriott etc, however for some (including the LA Fitness ones) it only mentions not using them for Avis and makes no mention of Goldsmiths.

    Cheers
    Chris
  • I always used to use the clubcard points for shopping but not after reading details on here.

I recently recived my November statement and the voucher I did have I ripped up and put in the bin thinking that if I dont spend it will get replaced and added to my points for the next quarter.

Is this correct or are you ment to keep them and then just give the codes for all the vouchers when you cash in on a deal?

you have to keep them, once issued thats it, your total has been reset. perhaps ring tesco and tell them you accidently threw them away. they might recredit your account if you are lucky. But yes, if you plan to redeem your vouchers online you need the voucher code. if redeeming them by post though, you need to send the actual voucher in with the form

    Hi,
I am thinking of using my Clubcard Vouchers for Hotel Vouchers and have a weekend away. Not sure which hotel voucher to go for though. Terms and conditions seem to say that the prices on the websites don't apply and you don't think you can ring and book before you get the vouchers. Has anyone used these before. If so which hotel group did you use. Naturally want the weekend to be as moneysaving as possible. Thanks.

Yes, and don't forget 25% off wine & champagne at Tesco until Sunday! You can get 24 bottles for £55 delivered and get 1000 points = £40 in deals, so 24 bottles for £15!!

Or 24 bottles for £41 using a £15 off code.

See this thread for more details

Unfortunately you can't combine the 2 offers, so I just had to order twice, shame eh?

    Hi Jess444

I have used my tesco vouchers to book night in a Hilton hotel last year. It was really easy to do. I called up the hotel and told them What night I wanted and they reserved the room for me via credit card and then I sent off for my vouchers and once they came sent them in instead of paying by card.
It was really easy to do. The price on their website was the price I paid too so that was good.

To the others asking about using vouchers to buy things form other shops, i just email tesco and say I have vouchers for so and so can I use them for Goldsmiths and they have always come back yes.

the only thing I am annoyed at is that I saved all my vouchers up so that I could use them for an xl flight but now I have my vouchers tesco are no longer offering XL. So no idea what to spend it all on now.

    I hope not!

I think a while ago they sent a voucher out with a statement to get scanned at a checkout if you wanted to carry on receiving the Deals brochure. ( I think may be to do with saving paper as alot of people just bin the brochure.) I still receive the brochure although I think only twice a year now instead of quarterly.

You should be able to pick up a deals brochure in your local store, or all details on Tesco website.
