    Hi,

I recently tried to get a Major Service & MOT at Nationwide Autos using Clubcard Deals. When I got there they said I could have a FULL Service but not a Major service (or an Interim one!).

This is strange because I have definitely used Deals vouchers to pay for a Major Service before (I have the receipt to prove it).

    So my questions are:

    Was the girl correct?

If so, has this changed recently or were they wrong to accept Deals vouchers for a Major Service the time before?

Finally, I now have £45 of Nationwide Autos vouchers. Are they transferrable, i.e. can I give them to someone to get their car MOTd? I can't see anything on the vouchers that ties them to me?

    Thanks
    Fella
  • I want to get a mag sub for a friend in the States. Do Tesco send over there or is it just UK only ???
  • Firstly I know I have probably posted this in the wrong place, but I need an address for Tesco's Head office that I can send a written complaint to. I have telephoned their Customer Service phone number, but they were not very interested. Any help in this would be really appreciated. (I need to complain because on Thursday I bought some peanut M&M's that were 19 months out of date!).

    Head Office:
Tesco House Delamare Rd Cheshunt Hertfordshire EN8 9SL. 01992 632222

I'd contact M&M's regarding this too, I'm sure they won't be too pleased that Tesco are selling their products out of date.

    Good Luck

  • Thanks sparky61. I hadn't even thought of contacting M&M's as well.

While shopping at Tesco Lewisham (London) today, we found a "25 extra points when spending £1 or more on margarine, butter or spreadable butter" on the floor. Obviously, it is in someone else's name, so we can't use it, and I don't think we can use it for the person who lost it, as we have our own clubcard. So if S Crossland is reading this, we have your voucher, and if you want me to send it to you, send me a PM.
    Reclaimed thanks to this site:
£175 Abbey Mortgage Repayment Fee, £170.03 Capital One Bank Charges £418.07 Lloyds TSB Bank Charges, £2,671.55 Mis-sold Endowment Policy, all for OH
  • Can anyone help? Ive only just started shopping with tescos online in the last few months so not too sure about the whole clubcard thing.

I recently recieved a statement with my clubcard vouchers in them. However, I dont want to use them on shopping, I want to save them and use them on a day out. On my online statement it says that I only have £7.00 worth of vouchers (collected since last statement) and has not included the points that they have recently sent out to me. Does that mean that I have to use them now or I will loose them or will they still be available for me to use with the £7 I have in my acount at the moment on a day out.

I hope that makes sense. I would be so grateful for any help anyone could give me. Thankyou
  • you can save the vouchers up to use at a later date
  • oh brilliant, thankyou :D

You can use them for any deal thats not a buy in full deal. So you could use them on most of the days out offers and all the restaurants. If the vouchers don't have your name on then anyone could use them.
