I'd try 4 or 5 times. They often have mixed messages from different operators, so if you ring again, you may be told a direct name to ensure you get them in quick.;)

If you order holiday or Hotel vouchers you may just get them in time. They have your name on so MFI will accept them instore.

I've managed to get it sorted. I phoned again and spoke to another unhelpful person, who gave me the same info. They did however get a manager to phone me back. He agreed to honour the deal and asked me to email my voucher codes to customer services and they would send me out the vouchers. I received them today - very happy!!

Im very new to the clubcard collecting thing. Im trying to get save up £500 in deals, so far we have £60 Anyway, I just wanted to check, that ince the date for statement is near, the points I've allocated already aren't going to be zerod are they? What I mean is, when I get my statement etc will my online balance still remain the same (before I spend or convert any of my points/vouchers)

Yes , after each quarters vouchers have been sent out , your total which shows on-line reverts back to zero and starts all over again.

Thanks for that, soooooo I need to keep my vouchers in a very safe place then if I want to eventually exchange them for deals next statement time? Which by the way I have no idea when it is could anyone tell me so I have an idea of how long I've got to raise the points;)

Could I just ask one last thing, any points accumulted between the cut off date for may's statement and when they zero it are they still counted or just wiped off.Only I just got 100 points today and am worried that it was a wate of time now

Any up to and including the cut off date (I think 15 May) will be sent out to you in vouchers. Any after that will start accumulating your next lot, which is sent out in August.

Nickyhutch-sorry to disagree, but think the cut off date was 28 April, as CC vouchers are sent out in May.

Butterflygirl...we all start somewhere! Do you need the deals by a certain date? Next mailing will be in August after this one, so any points you have got since 28th April, you'll receive in August mailing.

IO thought it was 28 April, then it said 15 May on a receipt, so who knows! We'll soon find out.
