I am 16 years old and i was wondering what is the best and cheapest way to invest in shares from a stockbroker also what shares would you recommend
I have a bit because i nvested in shares when they were £3 now £8 but that was through a share save sceme

Any help would be appreciated

I thought you had to be 18 before you could invest in shares in your own right? I could be wrong though.Krusty & Phil Madoff, 1990 - 2007:

If the previous posters are right about the min 18 age, you could always ask your parents to buy on your behalf.
I use an online company called Sharecrazy to buy/sell. They were the cheapest a year or so back when I looked into it:

As for what to buy..... if I was a millionaire I wouldn't be on this site. If I knew what to buy, I'd be a millionaire!0 -
Nobody here is allowed to tip shares afaik. If you click on the link G_M gave that site seems to be all about picking out stocks for private investors , worth a look0
