I've been in and had a chat with the sales guys there a couple of weeks ago, seems quite good, certainly for the sizes anyway. Some nice kilt outfits for hire which are a bit different from the norm too.

Have you had a look in Slater Menswear in Howard Street, it`s just behind the St Enoch Centre? They have a Formalwear dept on the first floor where kilt hire and other formalwear hire is available. We hired the mens outfits for our wedding from them, their service and attention to detail is top notch.

Thank you everyone for your advice.

My DH went to about 5 different places and ended up hiring from the one in Sauchiehall Street as they were the only shop who had anything that fitted him properly. Its a really nice kilt too, not just the standard ones for the bigger sizes so thumbs up!

Does anyone know of anywhere which does the taylor tartan as a kilt hire option? Its not one of the usual ones so finding it hard to find one!
