iPod Touch Help

Hi, I have a 16gb 1st gen iPod touch and basiclly I cannot turn it on or off. I have seached loads of forums tried all the different restores, I have come to the conclusion the switch is at fault. Can anyone recomend a repairer please?

I guess that your iPod is outside the warranty period otherwise you would have returned it to where you purchased it.
I would suggest going into your local Apple store if you have one near you, their customer service is pretty good even with stuff that's out of warranty.
Dependent upon the age of your iPod you should suggest to them that you would expect the switch to have lasted longer than it has
