Claim on PPI on mortgage

Hi
I've never posted on this section before, this is on behalf of my parents.
They have a mortgage through a local building society my mother works at and the insurance is provided by Norwich Union. My father has been unemployed since the start of December and they need to claim on this insurance. My mother says the claim has been accepted but my father has now lost (typical dad style!!) the form and I can't find the correct number for him to ring up and ask for another.
Can anyone help us?
Thanks

Is it too obvious to suggest that you ask your mother for the number?

hehe sorry my father had all the info related to the claim in one place which he has now mislaid and neither me nor my mother or father can find the number for another form.0

OK. Either ring NR direct and explain - they should either put you through to the correct Dept or at least give you a number.
Who did you first notify of the claim? Maybe worth going back to them because they obviously arranged for a form to be sent the first time around.
Unless anyone else on here knows the specific telephone number I'm not sure what else to suggest.0 -
Yeah, have found the number for general switchboard so will make sure my dad rings them.
Thanks for helping
