Hello
My wife and I paid £300 for a certificate of approval in July 08. The following article fills me with hope that we might be able to claim it back.
If you go to the UKBA.homeoffice.org.uk and click on news (wont let me post a link as a new member)
If anyone has any success or further information would be nice to know.
