Can I legally sell my Vista retail disc?

As the title asks really, I've removed my copy of Vista Home Premium from one of my pc's a couple of months ago and it's now happily using Windows 7 beta and will continue to use 7 until it's officially released later this year.
So I now have two pc's; one using Vista Ultimate oem (which I am keeping) and the other using Win7...so I'm left with a spare Vista Home Premium (Full Retail - not OEM or student/upgrade etc) x32 + x64 discs, fully boxed and with the original receipt from Scan. I've tried googling the answer but every link seems to lead to forums and threads relating to OEM or upgrade discs.
Does anyone know a definitive link that shows it's legal to sell on a previously used Windows retail disc please?
Thanks in advance.
PS: Then I'll flog it on ebay starting at 99p and see if it makes anything

You're ok, as long as you send the license key with it. Remember, you're selling a licence to use the software, not the software itself.0

Are your aware of this
The Beta will stop working on August 1, 2009. To continue using your PC, please be prepared to reinstall a prior version of Windows or a subsequent release of Windows 7 before the expiration date. You won't be able to upgrade from the Beta to the final retail version of Windows 7.
from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/beta-installation-instructions.aspx
Plus won't you want the vista disk so you can buy the upgrade version of win7 (shoud be cheeper)0 -
as long as it is the full boxed and you sell it on as a full package with the licence key and it is not installed on a machine then you can sell it.
Microsoft are cracking down on people who dont have licences for the correct things at the moment they have a complex system of user and device cals if you get stuck just google a microsoft gold partner like Genisys enterprise, kelway, or something and they are qualified to tell you.0 -

Which would present something of a problem if the OP wants to continue using Windows. Windows 7 is due to be released sometime between late 2009/early 2010 (though with Microsoft, it's possible it'll be released sometime during 2015).0 -
The Release Candidate for Windows 7 is due to be released in May and will expire in June 2010 according to most reports on the Internet. Do a Google search for "windows 7 rc"
However, yes, for both RC and RTM (Final) you will have to do a full reformat and reinstall.0
