Natwest ISA's questions.

Hi all,
I currently have 2 Natwest ISA's :
1. Cash ISA, currently getting about 1% ish!
2. Cash plus ISA, just opened (in this tax year), getting about 4% with bonus
I know I can not transfer money into the cash plus ISA.
The question is can I open a Natwest eISA (which pays 3.XX %) and transfer in the money from the rubbish Cash ISA, remembering I have already opened and deposited maximum amount into another ISA (the cash plus) this tax year?
Any ideas anyone??
Thanks.
