Kwai, you are amazing, and thanks for putting so much time and effort into this thread. Please, please, please could you tell me how to make smoked shredded chicken - lovely tender chicken, crispy sweet outer coating, and lovely hot sliced chillis. Mmmm, my favourite of all time!

Next time I'm up that way I will pop in, but to be honest I rarely go further north than Reigate.
Thats why I wondered if their were any in Crawley (its such a cosmopolitan town).

Oh, and I forgot to say - thanks kwaichi for the recipes - I'm going to have to find a chinese supermarket in south wales to pick up some essentials.

And, please please please can you do a smoked shredded chicken recipe - my 2nd favourite after crispy shredded beef!

MrsE, There's an Oriental Emporium in High Street, Crawley but I would agree with slimey...the Wing Yip in Croydon is great.

slimey there is one in cardiff,swansea,also the is one in eastgate street in bristol which might be easier for you to get to

ps,just had a look at the one in bristol has online ordering delivery is £4.50 which is cheaper than paying for the bridge to bristol
