Does anyone have a number or e-mail address? I tried the telephone number but just seems to give recorded messages and can't get to speak to someone.

Talking to people on the phone costs them money, they want you to search their website for your answer first.

strangely they won't let you e mail them when you are trying to get a credit off them because they have lowered a flight price . this has to be made by phone between certain hours ....now call me a cynic but i've seen the fares at a cheaper price and then when i get through to them next morning they have gone back up. don't even bother looking any more
