Joining Up/Leaving home present

My son's best friend is leaving home to join the army at the end of the month. I know my son and the rest of the lads will give him a good send off beer wise but I would like to get him something practical from my husband and me - any suggestions?

My suggestion, if he doesnt already have one, and you are willing to spend the money would be a decent iron! He will definately need one! My husband did! xxx

  • I agree a good leatherman if you are willing to spend that amount of money is a must have for anyone in the forces - comes in useful when on Ops ;)
