I have recently upgraded my IE to 8. Since then, my laptop is running very slow and i am also not able to open some sites such as www.debenhams.co.uk and www.nokia.co.uk
I know these sites are working since i tried on my husbands laptop therefore the problem is with IE8.
I have tried restoring the laptop to a previous date but its not letting me restore to 2 weeks before (when i upgraded the IE to 8). I am only able to restore it to 4 days ago :S
Can anyone help me pleaseeeeeeeeee???

Go into the control panel, Add Remove programs. Scroll right down and there is the option to uninstall IE8, it's called Windows Internet Explorer 8 which is why it's at the bottom.
I uninstalled it last night with no problems. I didn't have the faults you have but tabbed windows took about 10 seconds to open and my PC was unresponsive while waiting."Hey, if love is blind, how come lingerie is so popular?" Cochrane. P673 TNG.0 -
