Holidays to the Italian Lakes.

My partner and I are thinking of a two centre holiday centred around the Italian Lakes, probably in September.
We are unable to drive, and would like to fly from the North East, although an airport further afield should not present a problem.
We would like to be able to visit other resorts from our bases, and transfers to be included throughout.
We would like at least a three star standard,(about £10 a night would be really nice!!!)
I look foward to your replies,
Thanks.
