Combined PIR/dusk to dawn sensor

One for the file marked "things you never realised would be so hard to find"….
I'm looking for a stand-alone sensor which combines a PIR motion sensor, and dusk-to-dawn function.
i.e. Light comes on at 20% brightness at dusk, and stays on until dawn. If anyone approaches, bulb illuminates up to full strength.
I've had security lights like this before (with the sensor built in), but want to get a stand-alone sensor, so that I can link up to a more decorative light fitting.
I've been Googling, and all I can find is one or the other - a PIR or a dusk-to-dawn controller.
Any suggestions?
PS I'd also want it over-ridable, so that I could have the light on or off when I need it, via a switch.
