    why no notice
    why no consultation
    what where the selection criteria
    what payments were made (PILON, stat redundancy)

    the list is endless...

    BUT ultimately pointless as they are out of time.

    Agreed. Contractual claims (PILON) would still be within limitation but not much else.

    No, he was just told here is your 10th Anniversary gift; which was for working for 10 years at The Works. Then he was given an enevelope which was his notice of redundancy! He was told to leave the building straight away or he would be arrested!

    Trepass is a civil offence and you can't be arrested for it.
