Costco tyre offers - how often?

Hi, I need 2 new tyres in the next couple of months, and then in the next year I imagine the other 2 will need replacing. I see that Costco had 20% off 4 purchased late Jan/early Feb, but missed that offer. How often do they discount the tyres? I have shopped around all the online places but with the discount the Michelins end up the same price as much lesser quality ones so I may as well go for the Michelins.

After the Feb offer booklet ended the next mailshot came out immediately and there was no tyre offer in it, so I don't think it'll be soon. I'm guessing that after the spring offers the next offer will be in the autumn.

But lately Cosctco have been having weekly offers where they present you with an A4 sheet of vouchers every time you visit the store each week.

Another costco tyre question. I have a spare tyre that I want the alloy switched out onto one of the wheels that need replacing. Will they do that? With the bad alloy in the boot with the spare tyre back on it.

You tell them what you want when you pay for the tyres and the guy at the till draws arrows on his diagram.
