Maz, have you still got the link to the Aldi running stuff? I can't see it on their site but I may be being stoopid :o

back from work and finished for Easter apart from AQA'ing over the Bank Holiday and a day's course I need to plan this weekend.

Bit of an interesting couple of days - I'd started thinking from what i've seen that there may not be the opportunity in the merger I was hoping for - well, not full time anyway and I was feeling a bit stressed about it yesterday as I really felt I would be in a full time job within the next 6 months which I now financially need to do.

Anyhow, don't know if anyone remembers but in December I went on a training course in house (not with my department) and the trainer chatted to me and said she thought I'd be good for a job coming up and asked for my details? Well, the job came up about 6 weeks ago but I didn't apply because I felt there would be other much better qualified people out there.

It's come up again on this week's vacancies with 'previous applicants need not apply'......and there is a letter with it which when I read kind of jumps out at me as 'you must apply this time!' . So I'm going to :D

And the interviews are on my birthday ;)

Did anyone else open an Ing savings account with £1 and have them pay in £20? I've just transferred the £21 to my current account. Seems too easy.

Thanks Maz - might have a wander down there tomorrow. Still need to sort out new trainers too but maybe not Aldi £12.99 ones!
