BT choose to refuse on bill

:rolleyes:after xmas was getting a lot hang up calls, from marketing company ect , and found out about bt chooses to refuse , which can stop these annoying calls , said i could try for free as long as i cancel before the month is up. i took this out on 25 January they where very helpful and said to remember to ring about two weeks before end of feb. when you get these calls you put them on a barr list. after 2 weeks of no calls and peace , i phoned them up to cancel this service. and then cancelled to barred calls on line as letter said to do. well still no calls from them brill BUT... just had e-mail saying new bill on line well its not due on the 21 st think they send these early..well looked a phone profile /phone plan and its saying Choose to refused is still on there for £3+ a month ahhhhhhhh... will phone them tomorrow and try to sort it :mad:

i cancelled it on line in case
the truth is out there ... on these pages !!
