VoipStunt/VoipBuster credit question

When you credit your account its valid for 120 days unless you pay for a call. Does that mean the best plan is to make a call to somewhere that is not free every 119 days?? I only plan to use the free call element.

From the Voipcheap FAQ :

How long can I use my credit to make calls outside the VoipCheap network?

Credit in your VoipCheap balance remains active for 120 days after your last purchase.

Your credit lasts for 120 days from the last payment, not from the last chargeable call. If no further credit is made to the account before the 120 days have elapsed, the credit remaining is lost.
