Hi Im looking for some cheap ways of decorating a large space in my flat without makring the walls. I'm only have a one year contract so I need to be able to remove these without any marks so I dont loose my deposit. Anyone have any good ideas that won't break the bank?

I had this problem a few years ago with renting somewhere where they wouldnt allow pictures up or anything.
I had 2 really fancy serongs(sp) that I loved and wouldnt wear as they were too nice. I used drawing pins and stuck one side to the ceiling (the shortest side), and done it a couple of inches away from the wall. They looked lovely, and moved with the breeze too. When I took them down I used tiny bit off white toothepaste on a cotton bud to cover the holes in the ceiling and you couldnt tell
I know my spelling is shocking  It is alot better than it used to be though :rotfl:0 -
Yes, get some clip fames. Then search the net for some images that you like, print them out and put them prints in the clip-frames. Or you could buy London Underground posters, or something like them, and blu-tak them.0

I had the same problem when I was renting and found wall decals/ stickers on ebay. I love them and have decked out my whole house. You can pick them up really cheaply on ebay. I got some really cool ones from here

I hope this helps you out

I would ask the landlord if they would have any objections to you putting up a couple of picture hooks and get it in writing its ok. When you move out the picture hooks stay for the next person to add their chosen prints / pictures.
I found Bluetak and like actually marks the wall if left on for any period so actually can cost more to sort out in the long run.0
