Might need a expert on this one! help pls.!

Not sure what to do with this one, about a year ago, I wrote to Barclay's asking for my late fees etc to be pay back, I send a list of all charges etc, back come the answer, NO! ok next step was I wrote gving them 14 days to make me an offer etc, or I would take then to Court etc, answer came back NO, ok, I just left it for the time being, money being short etc, Now some 9/12 months later I have started getting letters from a debt Company on behalf of Barclays, do I write to Barclays again?! go straight to the ombusman with my complaint, ? or offer to pay x amount a month to the Debt Company, or write the Dept Company a letter saying it is in the hands of the Ombusman, (and write to Ombustman of course), I was made reduntant some 7 months ago, so they won't get much out of me!!! any suggestions welcome.....;)...Lilly

Bank charges case or credit card claim?

Oh!, Sorry should have said, :rolleyes: I am reclaiming for a Credit Card, late payments, etc...all the usual ones, its only because I have left a rather long period between the next step, I'm not sure which way to go now, or even if I can!...;)...Lilly

Were they the £12 ones or the higher than £12 ones?

Hi Just got my file out and checked it, it seems that I was charged £15 for late payment, but most of them were for a 'out of order charges' !! of £40, I also noticed that I tried to get my Protection Insurance back and failed on that one as well, there say I can send for a copy of the form I signed, so I will do that anyway, shame I haven't paid my PPI for about two years as I was made reduntant 7 months ago, and I could have claimed on it, it sucks to think I paid it for 9 years!! and when I needed it I can't claim on it.....:eek:..I now remember why I put it on the back burner, it was because they were being such a pain....Lilly....;)
