natwest/rbs current accounts

I applied for an account with Natwest in branch could not continue as I they wanted 3 types of id!, I had a driving license and a bank statement I have recently renewed my house insurance would that be enough?.


Secondly I have just checked my experian

Will they search again when i bring my correct id, or will they just open it????

they should have told you what would be accepted when you were in the branch. Did they want more proof of ID or proof of address?
