not sure if this is the right place to ask.

im tied to a vodafone contract @ around £28 a month.

as i dont use all my free airtime a month, esp the texts, can i ask vodafone to adjust my contract for a cheaper one? or am i tied until this contract expires?

You can change your tariff once every 30 days with Vodafone, I've dropped mine down twice in the last 2 months...
